Facemask Recipe

Facemask for sensitive skin

When you make this it might not look like a nice smooth, funky coloured packet face mask but trust me. You will not go back.

We all buy those £1 masks that promise to give us blemish free skin and will leave us feeling great. But every time I use one I can’t help but to feel they actually clog up my skin. That’s why I started to make my own. I have quite sensitive skin and this works great for me. The reason I think a homemade face mask is nicer is because it is cheaper, you can see what is going into it so you know nothing is doing any hidden damage to your skin and you can improvise.

Here’s what’s inside mine:

  • Half a tablespoon of softened butter
  • A tablespoon on porridge oats
  • A tablespoon and a half of natural yoghurt
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • Some cucumber to put on your eyes

Ingredients

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl, mix them together and spread onto your face. Cut two circles of cucumber, lie down, place them on your eyes, and relax. Goodbye oily skin!
